It’s set it up to be started in 4 different locations so teams can compete against each other.

Clue Hunt FAQ Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions about how to get started with your hunt. You can always feel free to call or email us and we can answer any questions you have!
Cluekeeper (www.cluekeeper.com) is the company who is hosting our hunt inside their clue hunt platform. You must download their app, which is free, and use it to access our clue hunt.
You must purchase a hunt code from our hunt page and use the hunt code through the Cluekeeper app. When purchasing and downloading the hunt, it is best to be in a Wifi area with a reliable Wifi connection. This will make it go quicker and will not use as much of your data. If you are downloading uptown, the Saint John free Wifi is fairly easy to access in Market Square area.
If you do not want to register for a Cluekeeper account, you can play as a Guest. We recommend one player, the “Master”, to have an account. Then, they can add other players to their team. If you are playing as a Guest, your guest ID will come up at the very bottom of your screen. This is what the “Master” will need to use to add you to the team. They will need to enter it exactly as it appears on your screen.
Once you have the Cluekeeper App on your device and enter your Hunt Code, you can add up to 5 other players to your team using the same hunt code. To do this, click the menu once you are in the start screen of the hunt (the 3 dots/lines in the upper right corner of the app) and go to “Add Team Member”. Your team members must also have accounts with Cluekeeper or have registered to play as a Guest and must download the Cluekeeper app in order to play on their device.
The hunt will require some data usage. Most of the hunt can be played within the free Saint John WiFi zone but some falls outside of it. It does not use very much data – when tested, it was approx. 40MB. If everyone on your team stays connected, you will all be able to access puzzles but only one person will be able to enter solutions.
We are used to taking our customer’s photos after they’ve had a great time in our games. Since we won’t be with you, please take some pics and tag us in them! You can also use #SJPuzzleAdventure or #BreakoutSJ.
